Challenge

Platform195, a fast-growing travel-focused marketing agency, needed a full website refresh that accurately reflected the quality of their work and market position. The project was driven by a fixed, non-negotiable deadline: the site had to launch fully polished ahead of an in-person industry event, with no visible “work in progress.”

Key constraints included an extremely tight timeline, a brand uplift requirement, and the need to balance speed while launching with zero major issues.

Solution

The website was delivered in structured phases to meet the deadline without compromising long-term maintainability, or visual quality at launch:

  • An initial rapid build to launch a visually complete, performant site in time for the event
  • Follow-up refinement phases focused on internal structure, editor experience, template building & reusability
  • Full content migration from the legacy site

This approach ensured the site was event-ready while still allowing for considered improvements post-launch.

Outcomes

  • A modern, credible website aligned with Platform195’s positioning, complete with Lottie animations and videos
  • Confident public launch ahead of a key industry event
  • Strong performance and reliability from day one
  • A component-based CMS setup and comprehensive user guide to support ongoing marketing-led iteration & content publishing
  • Seamless content migration with no disruption

I flagged our new website as one of the successes of last 6 months – so pleased with it and how easy it is for me to build on!
